Hello, I’m Maria

About me

In my process of design, I wear many hats; you can find me doing design or market research, translating insights into journeys, experience or blueprinting maps, sketches, wireframes, interactions, or prototypes, then testing and iterating to ensure the design of an intuitive and meaningful experience while designing for business, internal and external stakeholders.

I enjoy wicked problems, new challenges, and being involved with creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial teams.

I have an international mindset

I have 12 years of experience working with tech companies in America and Europe, which allowed me to empathize with different cultures while working with remote teams.

I design with a systemic thinking approach

I understand how parts make a whole and the complexity of their interactions.

I strive for positive and responsible outcomes

I believe in the power of design to positively impact people’s lives and the responsibility we carry to create inclusive and unbiased products and services.
